Commercial Use and Profit Sharing

If you use our platform, tools, methodologies, or any part of our intellectual property for commercial purposes or to generate profits:
- Profit Sharing Requirement: You must provide IncomeGrow with 50% of all profits generated from the use of our platform or intellectual property
- Non-Profit Commercial Use: If you use our platform commercially but do not generate profits, you must provide IncomeGrow with 5% equity value annually
- Reporting Obligation: You must provide quarterly financial reports documenting all revenue and profits generated
- Prior Written Consent: Commercial use requires explicit written permission from IncomeGrow
Note: Personal, non-commercial use of our platform is not subject to these profit-sharing requirements.
Commercial Use Definition
Commercial use includes but is not limited to:
- Using our tools or methodologies to provide financial services to clients
- Incorporating our platform into a business or commercial venture
- Monetizing content, tools, or strategies derived from our platform
- White-labeling or reselling our services
- Using our platform to generate revenue in any form
Enforcement
Violation of these commercial use terms may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action to recover damages and enforce profit-sharing obligations.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
